We meet with the owners and/or executives to learn what gaps exist and how to best approach filling them.
Once we uncover the gaps that is agreed upon by leadership, we go through a process to find the right match for the job. Everything is reviewed. This includes cultural fit, experience level, skill set match, and availability.
Part of our checks and balances is making sure the candidate we choose is a good fit for the client. An interview is set up for the clients to ask questions and gain confidence.
Once the challenges are determined and the team is set, we schedule an onboarding meeting to determine what exactly is to be done, number of weekly hours invested, and the projected length of time to accomplish the company goals.
Hitting our goal targets is important. We also recognize that things change as you begin work. That is why regular meetings are scheduled to ensure we exceed client expectations. These regularly scheduled meetings help make sure we achieve the results you are looking for.
All good projects should come to an end. The same is true for the work we do. Once the milestones are reached, we will review what was accomplished, the timeline it took to get there, and assess how prepared the team is to continue on with the role. Finally we will celebrate what has been done, and recognize everyone for their role in this achievement.
